Missing Link offers a detailed insight into the work of one of the most important figures in Austria's avant-garde art and architecture scene in the 1970s. With its interdisciplinary projects, the group founded by Angela Hareiter, Otto Kapfinger and Adolf Krischanitz searched for links between people, architecture, art, urbanity and social structure and expanded the repertoire of architecture to include experimental concepts. The result is an extremely complex and highly acclaimed work that, in addition to artistic installations, objects, paintings, drawings and posters, also includes urban sociological studies, campaigns and experimental television films. The catalog contains a comprehensive catalog raisonné and numerous, mostly unpublished images.
