Exclusively in the MAK Design Shop:
We searched the MAK’s extensive Biedermeier collection for these exclusive napkins. We found them at a Sample board from 1831 by the Viennese silk manufacturer Alexander Daumas . At Schaumburgergasse No. 373 he produced a wide selection of clothing, carriage and furniture fabrics, table and bed covers on 150 looms. The sample boards were transferred to the MAK archives after the factory was closed.
2 napkins per pack.
